Our specialist workshop is located in a thriving district near J6 of the M6 where we have been based for more than 20 yrs and where our precision machinery enables our team to make the door components to the exact millimetre before assembling them by hand in the traditional manner.

Each element of our doors is crafted in house from board materials, using proprietary cutting blocs and precision machinery to ensure that each element of the door is exactly the right size and specification for your requirements.
We have been trading for more than 40 yrs, creating doors that are well regarded for their precision, quality and craftsmanship, as well as the care and expertise offered by our longstanding in house team, who together have more than 75 yrs of experience between them.
All of our materials are sourced from manufacturers who use wood from sustainable forestation, who use the whole tree by using the wasted branches and bark left over from larger board production, there is little wastage, making our MDF doubly environmentally sound

Alongside some of the tradtitional machinery that still serves our workshop well, we have invested heavily in the latest technology, allowing us to cut our board materials with exceptional precision.
White primer is sprayed to seal the surface of the door, before being hand sanded and fully prepared for decoration so there is nothing for you to do.
